Hard day at work today. Not so much work wise, but healthwise. I am sluggish and a bit emotional. The sluggishness is coming mostly from my right leg, which is not as strong as it usually is.

All of the Moon transits make sense, now that I see them and it is 16:00. I've worked steadily without much in the way of breaks today, not to be a martyr but because I don't want to venture forth. Such a change from last week and this past weekend, when I was active, athletic and artistic. "go go go", in other words.
Taking the Bach Flower remedies Wild Oat and Rock Rose, as well as an occasional drop of Rescue Remedy. I've noticed great changes in myself, emotionally. I still get sad and ecstatic, and angry, etc. but the changes don't seem to be so drastic. Keeping things as calm as possible at home and to/from work is helping.
Starting to meditate on Teresa of Avila's prayer tonight. Working on pushing myself with my art (entered another photo, worked on new jewelry pieces). Brought out Mary Magdalene's picture and will be framing it and planning some events for the weekend.
